Ever since I was a little girl I always loved helping people through their problems. My parents died when I was five years old and I developed strong coping skills to deal with the pain. It was then that I knew I wanted to work with people and be a listening ear to anyone in need.

In 2008 I majored in psychology at Xavier University of New Orleans, LA. I learned all of the skills and techniques to be a mental health coach.
